In my defense...

So it's been almost a year since I last blogged. SO WHAT?!! SOOOO. WHHHAAAAATTTT. I had a frickin' baby, became a stay at home mom, learned to cook (kinda), and had the best year of my life...so far. In my defense I warned you all in my very first post that I wasn't going to make any promises on how long my blogging would last. But seriously, what is the point of a "BLOG" anyway. It's an outlet to speak your mind right? Well then, lets just think of the past year as research because now I have PLENTY to speak about!! So here we go (again...)
